WNS Type gas boiler

Structure introduction:

WNS gas boiler is a horizontal internal combustion all wet back structure. The furnace adopts full waveform furnace. Due to the high temperature flue gas in full corrugated furnace combustion, fuel combustion is sufficient. The screw smoke pipe is adopted for heat transfer, which can increase the convection heat transfer coefficient of boiler and improve heat transfer ability. The whole boiler is placed on the sliding steel base so that when the boiler is heated, it can expand freely in front and back. Boiler front door cover is designed with hinge structure for easy opening and maintenance.

SZS Type gas and oil boiler

1.Structure introduction

SZS gas-fired boiler is a double-barrel vertical water tube D type boiler. The boiler proper adopts the modularization design to realize the integral quick installation of the large-capacity boiler and shorten the installation time. The boiler also adopts the whole membrane water wall structure which covers all front wall, back wall and side wall . The micro-positive pressure combustion in furnace can enhance the heat transfer effect. Smoke leakage protection has significantly reduced heat loss. The whole boiler is placed on a sliding steel base, which allows the boiler to expand freely after heating. The upper and lower drums are arranged vertically with convection tube bundles forming the boiler body.
