1.Improve the vacuum degree of steam turbines in power plants

Only when the turbine is operated under the best vacuum can the vacuum pump and water pump be in the optimal configuration. Therefore, in the daily operation process, it is necessary to reasonably grasp the start-up running time of the second vacuum pump and the circulating water pump, and adjust it in time according to the situation. 2.Control the temperature of steam turbine feedwater

(1) Leak detection of heater during overhaul

Please pay attention to check the tightness of the high-pressure cylinder and the partition of the water chamber, especially the heater steel tube, to see if there are any leaks. When the leaks are found, they should be eliminated in the first time to avoid serious accidents. If the tightness of the high-pressure cylinder is poor, the heat exchange efficiency of steam and water will be greatly reduced, and even a partial short circuit of steam will occur, which will seriously affect the temperature of the feed water. If the partition of the water chamber is poorly sealed, a short bypass will occur and the feed water temperature will be lower.

(2) Guarantee high investment rate

When starting and stopping the unit, it is necessary to strengthen the effective control of the start and stop of the slip parameters, and also to ensure the stability of the water level, do a good job of operation and maintenance, reduce the occurrence of heat exchange tube leakage, and timely remove the deposits in the heat exchange tube to reduce scale.

 3. Strengthen the operation management of steam turbines

During the operation of the steam turbine, a fixed-slip mode can be adopted. It means to change the flow area under high load area. At low loads, stam turbine is adjusted by using a low level of constant pressure regulation. In the middle load area, the load is increased or decreased according to the actual situation so that the switch of the steam valve is in a slipping operation state. In order to increase the feed water temperature and input rate and reduce the heater end difference, the main steam temperature and main steam pressure of the turbine should be appropriately increased during high load operation.

4.Maintain the best vacuum degree of steam turbine condenser

Keep the condensate level at a reasonable position and ensure the tightness of the steam turbine unit. Clean up the scale in the copper tube of the condenser in time, strictly control the quality of the circulating water, and ensure that the copper tube has a high heat exchange efficiency.

5. Turbine shutdown

During the operation of the steam turbine, no matter whether it is a normal or unscheduled shutdown, it is better to use slip parameters to shut down as much as possible which is conducive to the maintenance of the equipment and it helps to effectively ensure the reduction of equipment temperature.
